		<description>Thanks for your comments, Dana, and thank you for such a great session. I came away from the conference, and specifically from your session with a renewed passion for getting more meaningful feedback about our Web site and really pushing it forward.

Also, if you&#039;re wondering why my high school freshmen kids are already looking into college, you should do a little research into the wacky way West Virginia is approaching high school education, now. The kids basically have to choose a major and have a &quot;career track&quot; planned before they enter high school.</description>
