Telling someone new to web design/development to place their header at the bottom of the page and position it with CSS is crazy. I don&#039;t see one good reason for placing elements where they don&#039;t belong and manipulating them be where they should be in the first place. A well structured website will place items logically throughout the page with semantic, meaningful names. Styles should be used to present the content, not manipulate it.</description>
