Telling someone new to web design/development to place their header at the bottom of the page and position it with CSS is crazy. I don't see one good reason for placing elements where they don't belong and manipulating them be where they should be in the first place. A well structured website will place items logically throughout the page with semantic, meaningful names. Styles should be used to present the content, not manipulate it. Just expressing my opinions here.

Telling someone new to web design/development to place their header at the bottom of the page and position it with CSS is crazy.
